The most awful and unprofessional business I've ever seen. My insurance company sent them to me to tow my car. I waited for 3.5 hours until they showed up. When they finally showed up, they said they cannot tow my car because it is raining and then drove away! I had to call another towing company to tow my car. The driver is a liar! He told my insurance company that he was late because ever time I called he needed to pull his car aside to answer the phone. However, when he arrived, he was wearing a headset and on a phone with his friend the entire time! Never use this company, as no one deserve to go through this.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They said they would tow and buy our car, we waited 2 days! They kept saying in a few hours, in a few hours, in a few hours. Finally the second day Joe shows up at 11PM with a car already on the flat bed. He said we can't expect a company to "guarantee" they would be somewhere when they say they would be! What? Don't waste your time. Rude, unreliable.
