Really wish we could give him no stars. This has been a horrible experience. We hired him to build our dream home and instead it's been a nightmare. The house was never finished, the electrician never finished our wiring yet he was paid . The plumbers broke our jacuzzi installing it and we smell sewage all the time. The contractor himself , well three months after we moved in our house ceilings started to leak. We have v match ceilings and they are now dripping water onto are new floors and covered in stains. The floors are all coming up from the water damage that leaking roof has caused. The large multiple 6 foot windows we have in front of our house leak everytime in rains along with EVERY one of our windows in our house leaking. The soffit are leaking, the floor is heated and the slab that was poured has holes all thru with exposed insulation, causing heat loss all around the house. We were not able to get our house up to temperature. We had Thousand of dollars stolen that we were given a bill or charged for things that didn't actually cost as much as he said and he pocketed the money, charged for stuff that he never bought or rented. Our exterior siding is log and now pulling away from our home because the windows were not installed correctly so the water has gotten behind the log siding and pushing it away. We have to have all new windows installed , New siding New ceilings, New flooring Our roof needs to be removed amd moisture issue fixed along with our soffit. Those are just some of the things we have been dealing with. We did sue and we won. I highly recommend not highering this person to build ANYTHING including a bird feeder. This is a horrible experience.
