Installing window treatments can be frustrating. At Trading Up Consulting we offer extensive installation training that provides confidence to help in "Fifteen years ago, I started Shades IN Place Inc. At that time, I juggled between selling and installing too. When I hired a helper, I did not have the time to train him properly. Clients started calling the office to share their dissatisfaction. I was devastated for not providing the best experience to my clients. I made some changes and decided to focus on quality vs quantity. Client satisfaction went through the roof and my company became very successful, with thousands of installations completed and a very satisfied client base. The Trading Up Team has over 150 years of combined experience, so your installers will learn from some of the best pros in the industry.
As your business grows, it's hard to find the time to properly train your installers. This leaves you feeling overwhelmed because you simply can't get everything done. We believe you shouldn't have to spend months of your precious time training your team members in order for them to be great installers as an installer for over 15 years, I've installed thousands of window coverings. I've learned how to interact with homeowners to keep them happy, and how to train other installers to do the same. I'd love to share my secrets with your team. Stop feeling bogged down training employees and free up more time to grow your business!
