I would not recommend anyone shop at Pike Place Gifts. I am from Omaha Ne, and was in Seattle visiting and purchased a shirt from his shop. upon getting home I found most of the paint on the shirt pealed off. I called to get it exchanged, and was denied.. The man I spoke to refused to mail me a new shirt, or my money back. After almost 20 minutes of negotiating his final word before hanging up on me was "Send me shirt, I decide if damaged or not. Once I see shirt I decide what I do" Then he he hung up on me. I have never been confronted by such terrible customer service.. If Mr. Lee agrees to meet me in the middle on this issue, I will remove my post. but for now my rating is negative..
