Detroit-based technology firm delivering managed IT, cloud, network, VoIP, and custom software. Same-day on-site across Metro Detroit; remote nationwide. Serving southeast Michigan since 1983. Wizcom Ltd opened in Saint Clair Shores, Michigan in 1983 and has been quietly running the technology behind hundreds of small and mid-sized businesses across Metro Detroit ever since. Today we deliver six connected services under one accountable team: managed IT, cloud, network infrastructure, VoIP and unified communications, custom web and application development, and IT consulting. Our clients are the businesses that keep Detroit running: automotive Tier 1 and 2 suppliers, medical and dental practices, law firms, three-shift manufacturers, municipalities, and defense-adjacent contractors near the Detroit Arsenal. We know the OEM portals your customers require and the fiber options that actually deliver in each corridor. Wizcom is Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, and HP certified. We support 30,000+ endpoints, maintain 99.9% uptime, and average a 38% cost reduction for clients moving to managed service. Most Wizcom relationships run past ten years, several past twenty.
