I paid $160 for a cut and touch up color along with lashes... the color this woman put on my hair is wicked witch black - great for Halloween, not good for a wedding! She also left the color on far too long burning my scalp and leaving sores. Then she chopped a huge chunk out of the back of my hair - so bad that to get it fixed I ended up having to have over A FOOT of my hair cut off!!! Now for the lashes (if I had realized how bad she messed up my hair I would have skipped this torture) oh boy, she really did not know what she was doing! To start she failed to honor my request that they look natural (I have had lashes done many times and they looked fantastic) then she glued the first eye completely shut, had to pick the glue off to get it open and left hunks of glue on the inside of my eyelid so that every time I blinked it scratched my eyeball. All but 4 or 5 of the eyelashes fell out in less than 12 hours!!! I asked for a refund and she refused. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE AND DO NOT GO TO TIMELESS TRENDS!
