I was referred to this company from another hauling firm . I set up a haul 10 days ago and was told that John the driver/owner would be there this morning between 830 - 900 by his dispatcher Eugene . I called yesterday to confirm . I arrived at the marina this morning and at 9 they had not shown up . I tried for over an hour to reach John and his phone was turned off . I was able to reach Eugene and he told me that John had a out of town run and he hadn't made it back . I finally reached John ant 1005 and he said his truck had been in the shop since yesterday . I don't know who to believe . This haul was a specialized haul as the boat had a hole in it and was taking on water . I had to resort to having a different hauling company come out and do the job . I had several conversations with John and Eugene and ask them to compensate me for my losses and they told me that it was just how it was . I am thoroughly disappointed with this company and will never refer them to anyone . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK PROFESSIONAL COURTESY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
