Manager Malinda Crigger, a family member of the owner, is extremely rude and discourteous even though one is being very polite throughout the duration of the conversation. She will also request you send an email to resolve the issues and when you send a detailed email, she never responds. It is not clear how they are able to operate a business as other reviews on Facebook, yelp, etc. also indicate they are doing similar things to other customers and were equally unresponsive concerning normal business requests. The accounting there also is not accurate and can change from month to month without reason. Due to the bad treatment received on multiple occasions and the inconsistent accounting, this trash collection company is not being recommended as they make it impossible to get anything done when contacting them. Manager Malinda Crigger also attempts to counter the deserved bad reviews that the company is getting by writing good company reviews herself. See their Facebook reviews where Manager Malinda Crigger has stated on February 13, 2018 she "recommends" the company. She should not be doing recommendations to attempt to bring up the bad ratings the company is getting especially when she is badly treating its customers.

B&B Refuse is the worst company I've ever done business with. They have a history of missing residential pick ups, over billing and not letting you talk to anyone to escalate the problem to a resolution.There is no customer service and their "office manager" Melinda is the rudest individual I've ever had the misfortune to speak with. Run...do not walk away from them.
