PhysioFit provides personalized physical therapy, pelvic floor care, sports rehabilitation, Pilates, and wellness services. PhysioFit Physical Therapy & Wellness is a cash-pay physical therapy clinic in Los Altos, CA, serving the Bay Area since 2002. Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist. No aides, no double-booking, and no physician referral needed. We treat back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, knee and foot pain, TMJ, vestibular disorders, lymphedema, and post-surgical rehab. We are also a trusted local specialist in pelvic floor physical therapy, including pregnancy, postpartum, and men's pelvic health. For stubborn tendon and soft tissue issues like plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow, we offer shockwave therapy to jumpstart healing when progress has stalled. Recovery doesn't end when treatment does. Therapeutic Pilates and personalized wellness programs led by our clinical team keep you moving forward. Founded by Kim Gladfelter, MPT, OCS, FAAOMPT.
