Best most reliable company with quality products!

Buztronics does not stand behind their products or services. I would never use them again for promotional products. They shipped the wrong product and then shipped the correct product to the wrong place and will not take responsibility for their mistake. This is company wide as it starts in customer service with stonewalling and goes all the way up to management with complete denial of any wrongdoing even with facts staring them in the face. There are plenty of other great promotional products companies out there. I suggest finding one of them.
