Altitude Analysis, Inc. is a Third Party Administrator of drug and alcohol testing programs and a clincial testing laboratory.

Altitude serves as a TPA/ Program Management facilitator for drug and alcohol testing through the Department of Transportation. Altitude serves as a collection site for DNA paternity, urine, saliva, and hair tests. Our facility is licensed in the states of North Dakota and Wyoming by CLIA for laboratory testing. Altitude is accredited through the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry and our employees are certified urine /alternative specimen collectors and nationally certified phlebotomists.
