The president Esperanza Munguia is a horrible person. She does not want the workers to talk to the customers or be friendly with them. She is so rude and I would never allow my disabled family to use their services. Also their buses are not up to date, they need major work and are not safe. The wheelchair lifts get stuck and the buses break all the time. There was an incident when a worker did not tie down the customer right and the bus had an accident and the customer fell down and hit her head and busted it opened. This worker did not lose her job for this. So those of you who are considering using their services I would think twice. Not a very safe service.
