I design and build restaurants. I also appraise damages from fire and floords for insurance companies and public adjusters.
I started my company when I noticed that insurance companies and public adjusters had no one to correctly advise them of the monetary loss for their clients. From this I started redesigning the restaurants and convenience stores as a service for thier clients.
