I had originally gone to Big O Tires to have my tires checked since my tire pressure light went on. It was the cold weather but I had a bad experience when the light went on in my old car and after ignoring it, my tire blew. I wanted to make sure my car was safe since my commute is now longer since I moved to Hastings and must drive to Oakdale for work. I called earlier and explained my situation. The man I spoke too said it was fine to come in to have my tires checked. I asked again and let him know I wouldn’t be done till 5:30 from work. Was told it would be fine. I arrive and the woman at the desk tells me in a very rude manner and tone that they close in 9 min and wouldn’t have time. I looked up Rapid Oil lube since it’s located close to my home. The person who answered was very nice and said to come on in. When I arrive I’m greeted with warm smiles which made me feel so much better. They changed my oil and checked my tire pressure. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. I felt very welcomed their and will definitely be coming back again! Thank you all for your wonderful costumer service! God Bless!
