Dr. Rafael Chuapoco is a California Board Certified Dentist who graduated from Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines in 1986 and received his California Board Certification in 1989. Dr. Chuapoco also attended the Advanced Restorative Program at the renowned Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education (FACE) in 1999. FACE is the world’s leading teaching facility on state of the art restorative dentistry.
