DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! This is the WORST dental company I have ever worked with. I have been going to this office for years. When I finally needed two cavities filled in Jan, They said my insurance denayed the claim. I called my insurance company only to find out the claim was oked, but this dental office was refusing to honor it. Marnia Ochoa the manager told me on the phone "They dont make enough money off of it to bother doing the work". I have been fighting for the last 10 months to get my cavities filled. They have told me to just go see another dentist. Why would they take my insurance if they are just going to refuse my claims, after the insurance company oked them. I made a cleaning appt over 3 months ago and took the day off work for it. I was never even told my appt was cancel until the day of when I tried to go in. They say they are refusing to do any work or cleaning until I clear up the claim about the cavities. I have been waiting 10 months to get my cavities filled and they just keep refusing to do the work. So 10 months later I have been denayed my cleanings, my cavities have never been being fixed and they will not even see me to fix my broken tooth that just happened. I can not believe how poorly I have been treated. It is hard to believe they are still in business. Do yourself a favor and dont use this horrible, unprofessional and rude company.
