Petrucci's Catering is the best BBQ in Madera and arguably the Central Valley. The "BBQ Pit" (as we like to call it) is open Saturdays from 9am-3pm. We're located in Madera, west of town about a mile. When you come you'll be greeted by our ranch dogs and the smiling faces of some Petrucci family members.
