Petrucci's Catering is the best BBQ in Madera and arguably the Central Valley. The "BBQ Pit" (as we like to call it) is open Saturdays from 9am-3pm. We're located in Madera, west of town about a mile. When you come you'll be greeted by our ranch dogs and the smiling faces of some Petrucci family members. Our menu consists of the BBQ Staples: tri tip, ribs, chicken, tri tip sandwiches and many sides like chili beans, scalloped potatoes, macaroni salad, fruit salad, etc. Don't forget to buy a bottle of "Petrucci's Secret Sauce", our well-known BBQ sauce that accompanies any kind of BBQ meat perfectly!
