Dont rent from this company they are slum lords they dont fix anything and there places are all roach infested bad we had our bathroom ceiling leaking and keptv notifying them and they never tried to fix it we had to move in order for them to act like they cared. So unless u want to be living with Roaches and with black mold. You are better off stay away from this managment company. I moved out of the unit that is located at 456 North 8th St #1 San jose ca 95112 I had spoke to Christina and maintnience along with David and they had known about this and not once anybody fixed anything the 2 yrs i had lived in the unit
