4 year member! Recent horrible experience! The owner, Andrea O'Brien is a bully, defies a federal court order to change her business practices and is not someone I would ever do business with again! Her staff has high turn-over. It's hard to book an appointment as convenient time slots are rarely available. There are numerous complaints about Andrea and her location posted on the web, supporting my position. I've never experienced such a rude tyrant from someone in the service business. What a shame!
