Just had Lou install a handicap grab rail in my shower for my mother in law who is visiting for the Christmas holiday. He came right away and gave a estimate and told me he would come back the next day to install. Next bright and early Lou was there and had all the tools needed. He installed the grab rail cleaned the area and charged less than estimate he gave me.
