The Owner has terrible customer service skills and lacks moral values. I paid a deposit in November 2014 to have one impact door installed at my home. original promised lead time was 4 weeks. I followed-up with them constantly and they kept changing the estimated installation date. Finally I was fed up with all of the run-around they were giving me and decided to speak to the business owner, Allan. I asked him to refund my deposit since they had not even ordered the material! No product was ordered nor delivered and no service was ever performed after 72 days!!! It has been over 3 weeks since i contacted the owner about my refund and now he is ignoring me. I'm seeking legal action now..
