Blacktop Paving Blacktop Paving is a local asphalt paving business in Lake Tahoe, CA covering the entire Tahoe basin, Reno, Carson City, Truckee, and surrounding areas. Blacktop Paving is owned and operated by the original owner since the beginning, Raymond de Vre'. Raymond gained much knowledge previously, by working under a paving company prior to his own business for 7 years. Raymond strives for performance, safety, and quality when it comes to all of his services. The company began in 1979 with a pick-up truck, tractor, small paving machine and a drive to succeed. Fast forward to today, and this sound company can guarantee great quality work when it comes to asphalt driveways, parking lots, tennis courts and excavation work. Raymond de Vre' moved to Lake Tahoe as a teenager for the beauty of the lake captured his heart for good. His passion to maintain the beauty and quality of the lake is emulated in his knowledge of BMP's, (Best Management Practice’s), proper drainage systems, and prevention of erosion, to keep the lake pure for the future to come.
