On numerous occasions, the burglar alarm system sold and installed by Larry Jordan and ABC Lock and Security has malfunctioned and on all counts no one from the company has attempted to contact the homeowners, indicative of the fact that the house was indeed not being monitored. In early December of 2021, we had asked Larry Jordan and ABC Lock and Security to cease this service, as it was deemed ineffective at best and nonexistent at worst. It was not until January 22 that Larry Jordan contacted the customer, and while he claimed he received the customer phone calls and even named a member of our household he had spoken with, said he could not cease services until a written letter was sent. I find the practices of Larry Jordan to be unethical and generally very poor.
