Not satisfied! I lived in a rental property for 1 year, and we finally used the garbage disposal and noticed that something was wrong with it. We asked if we were to put in a maintenance service will there be charges, if so, we can try to fix it ourselves. But w/out consulting us, they went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Which then caused us to miss the appointment because we didn't have enough time to let them know that no one will be home. So they charged us for that. On top of that, again not knowing that we will be charged, we scheduled one where we made sure someone will be home. Keep in mind, we already had someone coming in to do our Annual Inspection which is the same company that the garbage disposal guy were from, which again, we did not know. So, the annual inspection guy could had examined the garbage disposal and we did not need another person coming in as well for free! because it was part of the agreement. But Homepointe decided to also have another guy come in to work on the garbage disposal as well, which then after a week, we got an email with an invoice of $160!!! That is outrageous for something that we do not even use and all they did was examined it and noticed something was stuck and they removed it! They didn't even spend 5 mins at my house! When I bought that to my Property Manager attention, it took her 2 days after I also did a follow up again and she just said it was our fault!
