My complaint is about the park villa apt in san Bernardino...andrea the manager does not go by her own rules..first of we where told the pools meaning both pools on the property would open june 1 yet only one opened.Next we where told only 18 & older can watch the kids in the pool,but her 13 year old son can watch his younger brother.Dont they have to obey the rules aswell? Her addittud as a manager is very disrespectful towards some tenants here.People loiter and smoke drugs infront of this building yet nothing is done about it.We pay the rent on time evry month yet my rights as a tenant are being disregarded daily...Some thing has to change around here,and soon!!!!!!!!!
