EXTREMELY unprofessional company. This company towed our vehicle based on the fact that it met certain criteria - more than 4 feet of the truck was hanging over the curb. We know this to be 100% false and in fact, the pictures the took to "prove" it was hanging over the curb were taken from an angle that made it very unclear as to whether any of the truck was actually off the driveway. In speaking to both the tow man, Jay and the owner, John, neither were helpful and in fact were extremely rude. We caught the towing in action and they refused to release our own vehicle to us. They did not uphold the Florida State Status stating that they would be available within 1 hour of contacting them to pick up the vehicle. Additionally, there were no clear signs posted in the PRIVATE neighborhood stating that any over hang off a driveway qualified as being towable. This company is very shady and does not abide by strict Florida towing laws. Be warned - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
