The only thing lacking from this business is "class"! I stopped in on June 23rd with my claim ticket to pick up a garment left on May 10 only to be told it couldn't be found and "we'll call you". On June 26th I was left a phone message that I "...must have already picked it up" or at any rate they were not responsible since it was over 30 days since I dropped it off. What B.S! No concern for my loss, no apology, no admission of any wrongdoing. Just another example of apathetic customer service. I wouldn't take my skivvies there any more and I plan to tell all my neighbors!
