This company is pending a lawsuit and a very serious one. The owner Walter Ponce runs a management company in Diamond Bar Ca. The Diamond Bar Village Association. He is the president of our board and manages the property. He works out of his home which is a violation of our bylaws. For almost 6 years he and the board has not produced any documents of financial disclosures, invoices, receipts, tax returns, etc. We are a SUSPENDED HOA because Walter Ponce and board members have not filed our Federal and State Taxes. The property owners had to hire a lawyer. We found out that HOA has not filed taxes all this time. They had no receipts and could not account for financial spending. We have had one meeting in 6 years. I see why. We the property owners are waiting for a court order to get this people out. This is just the beginning, I'm sure we are going to find out a lot more.
