Parkside apts is a great place for me ,the apts are all two bedrooms and are well taken care of and owened by retired general contractor Patrick Barry of santa cruz ca , he holds the managers unit and visits the apts evey month and takes advantage of all the world class fishing in the area ,he takes pride of this property and the familly environment that he has proudly provided for this community ,it is a fact that he has single handedley raised the bar and property values in the area surrounding his complex as well . it's just three blocks walking distance to the beach , public fishing pier , around five blocks walking distance to shopping ,library, banking,police dept and fire dept , front steet park and comunity center and community pool is just as close ,it is a friendly community with clean air and the wonderfull sound of the fog horn, waves and sea loins to lull you to sleep evey night ,on fourth of july we have a front row seat of the world class battery point fire work display .The U,S 101 slowley runs right through town and gets you north to brookings oregon or south to klamath or eureka ca in a short time , give it a look if youd like , Rob !
