We called these guys end of April & ordered supplies to build a fence. We received our order on may May 4th and due to the weather & my husbands bad heart condition we didn't get started 'til about 10 days later. It started with the posts, there were big gauges in them, the 2x4's supports were substandard and with knot holes, termite damage and splits in the wood. We used them anyway, but when we got to the slats it got worse. The outsides ones where "ok" but once we got closer to the middle of the pile the slats had huge knotholes, they were split, broken, rotted and some had termites still in the wood. Out of 290 slats we used as many as we could, but 107 of them were totally useless. We called them last weekend and left a message, but due to the holiday nobody had called back, so my husband called again this morning to explain the situation and tell them that we wanted to return the posts that were left over and to exchange the "bad" wood. He was told to wait for the owners decision. He called them back, since there was not a ret. call by that time and was told that they wouldn't take it back or exchange it. He should've checked the pieces out earlier and then they MIGHT have been able to help him. All lumber is sold "as is" and when asked why we received such bad lumber, the response was that they get it in bulk and just split it up for the load. We have registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and suggest everyone do the same.

I had never heard of RMFP until my contractor Curt Perse told me to go look at their products. As soon as we walked in and met Josh Rees we knew we were at the right place.
