OMG AVOID Cliff and High-Tech Roofing AT ALL COST! Our HOA hired Cliff to repair both our roofs 6-7 years ago. We thought we wouldn't have to worry about our roofs again for 20 years. 2 months ago, one of our units experienced severe leaking...to the point the owner may allow the bank to foreclose on his unit. It turnes out that Cliff cut corners by shimmying extra shingles on top of the decking rather than replacing the decking. The area of the roof where he had shimmied with extra shingles collapsed. Cliff not only refused to take responsibility, but refuses to answer our calls. The HOA board of directors is considering a lawsuit to right this clear wrong dong by Cliff and High-Tech Roofing!
