Avoid All Pro Pools & Spa at all costs! We hired Jeremy to service our pool, and in just three weeks, he completely ruined our chemical balance. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a pool service. Jeremy was not only arrogant when speaking to my wife, but he also had the audacity to blame us for the issues with the water due to poor filter pressure, which was not true. Our pool has been perfectly fine for 17 years with the same equipment and pressure.
Jeremy failed to brush the pool or the baja shelf for two consecutive weeks, despite being reminded twice. My son and wife observed him, and he spent less than ten minutes on the job. As a result, algae started growing, and his solution was to overdose the pool with chlorine. I used the spa twice in two weeks, and both times, my skin was irritated and itchy, and my eyes were burning. When questioned, Jeremy claimed the pH balance was off and that it would take a year to fix the water. This is completely unacceptable! I took a water sample to the local pool supply store, and they provided the correct chemicals to rectify the situation. Now, I am in search of a new pool service to clean up the mess left by Jeremy. Save your time and money by not hiring this person. We have never experienced worse conditions.
