I had my chimney cleaned 404.00 for both and had to caps put on instead of one inwhich rain came through and caused a chimney flood, called and told them 2 caps did not work, he cameout with a big dog tied to his truck and was swearing the f word at me and took them off, I still owed him for the caps which was an arrangement that I could pay after xmas, he was mad and kept yelling, I toldhim I called the police, he quickly left with his big dog, and now my wood stove had smoke pouring in causing smoke damage in my playroom, filing a poliuce complaint , filed with the FTC, and Consumer Protection and went to the Bldg inspectors office. I believe something is causing this to be backed up.
