Terrible service, rude, and unprofessional staff.

WARNING!!!! Purchase a membership at your own risk!! Yes, you will be billed monthly, but good luck with trying to cancel it. I purchased a membership at the Flat Shoals location. After the first month I tried to cancel because I no longer need it, and you can only use the membership at the location you purchased it from. Well, you can't do it online, no one answered the phone after multiple, multiple times calling, and when I drove to the location the two gentlemen acted like they didn't want to help me. When I told them I wanted to cancel, he told me his boss wouldn't be back until Friday (it is Wednesday) and he didn't know how to do it. Then he tells me to come back tomorrow and he'll know how to do it then. But, if your boss won't be back until Friday and you've implied that he is the only one that knows how to do it, why tell me to come back tomorrow and you will know how to do it. Clearly, he didn't want to be bothered. So, because I don't trust this company or the individuals they have working for them, I have canceled out the card they have on file and any charges coming from them will be charged backed!

STAY AWAY!! Ive been going to this car wash for over a year now. However, recently I took my car to get a managers special wash and I had I few items in my car and once I returned from the waiting area after getting my car wash everything was missing when I know for a fact that it was in the back seat. I always come here so I didn’t think nothing of it because I come so regularly but for My things to be missing and the employees acted as if it wasn’t there to begin with it mind blowing!!! I’m highly upset and I highly recommend that PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES ARE THIVES !!!! They’ll smile in your face and steal your things. I’m so hurt because it was my little brothers Christmas gift and I was waiting on to see my little brother so I’d be able to surprise him with the gifts but unfortunately it was stolen from me at the car wash and nothing was done about it. I’m beyond hurt and betrayed I actually liked this place but unfortunately my things was stolen
