They took the longest way possible to tow my car and charged me twice the quoted rate. The drivers are crooks!

Waited on tow for over 3 hours! First call somehow no one got dispatched, second call the tow truck passed right by us and proceeded to tell us his boss told him to take another call! When we pleaded for him to pick us up he demanded payment upfront! (We were going through AAA which I pay $100 a year membership to cover service!) Then I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to find out what was going on and was told it would be another 30 minutes to get a truck to us! This was the scene of an accident! For 3 hours! That's when I called a different company and they only took only 15 minutes. This whole nightmare was so unacceptable and outrageous. Worst service experience of my life. Never ever call this company!
