Me and my husband went in to the Hartsville South Carolina huddle house today approximately 5:30 p.m. as soon as we walked in the door one of the waitresses was using the F word As soon as she seen us she started laughing . A waitress with her mask on her chin and no gloves came over took our order she was not friendly it was to the point very rude. The second waitress She had her mask on her Chin also no gloves the cook had no mask at all but she did have gloves on We finally got our order the food was OK service is awful And they want to know why the virus is spreading and South Carolina this is one reason

This restaurant is located warner robins ga on Watson Blvd. I have always came to this restaurant and always had a great experience. Their was times we would ask to pay for veteran's meals there and the waitress were always happy to help us. But today my son was held captive for $52.00!!!!!! The reason for this was because of their machine couldn't take debt cards at that moment. I had no cash on me and I also asked if they had an ATM there so I can just pull out the money, the cashier told me there was one at flash foods. So I took my kids into my escalade ages 3, 5, 11 and 12 to go to the ATM. They run out causing a scene saying I have to give up one of my children if I go to ATM. So they can hold him hostage for $52.00 this amount was including a 10.00 tip for our waitress. I go to the ATM to get them the money of $60.00 now for our waitress and the cook who took a picture of my black escalade to make matters even worst. I could have understand if they descretly asked for my ID to be left behind as I went to get money out but for a human that isn't an adult but just a child to be held hostage. What they did to me and my children was wrong and inhumane.

Our family has been a regular at Dyersburg for 7 years...always a good experience until this morning. We simply asked for water when the waitress was checking on drinks of other customers. She SCREAMED at us so loud the entire restaurant turned and stared. She said if we didn't like the service we could go down the street to McDonald's. We won't return! My three young grandchildren were with us!!!

Loved the Hartselle, AL location BUT... I brought my parents here while they were visiting They loved the food and our server was terrific I have noticed a few new faces and to be quite honest AVOID the heavy set blond waitress!! Not only is she annoying but she likes to hover and bother patrons She is terrible for refilling drinks and her body odor is enough to ruin your meal We over heard her telling the other waitresses that she is the best and they could learn from her. That's a huge joke! I have heard other customers complain about this server and how she needs to go. While my parents were visiting the wanted to keep coming for breakfast UNTIL they watched one of the cooks (unsure of her name but very tall short haired older woman. I know she's been cooking here for some time) get upset with the servers and start to get upset when orders were sent back NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS!!! I have been a regular here for several years and never have I had to wait for my meals like I do now. Also bad for business is when the server puts in the orders and there are no cooks to be seen. (this has become the norm on the weekends for about 6 months) I have witnessed customers leave because they have waited over 30 minutes for their food due to the cooks neglect. Shame... WAS a great place to eat and meet up with friends UNTIL they hired the new heavy set waitress and the cooks started to go AWOL Hopefully the owner comes to their senses and gets rid of that server and mainly that cook
