Robert Tavasci is an unfair and unreasonable GC. At one point during construction, vendors were no longer being paid, and when confronted about how that could be considering we (landlord) gave him the $80k draw to pay vendors, he said he invested in other projects to catch up. I would be very careful to avoid this man unless you have an iron clad contract. He will make a fool of you if given the opportunity. No clue why or how he is still in business. The vendors did excellent work and once we took over things got back on track. But this GC is a mess with his finances, terrible relationship manager, and absolutely careless when things get challenging. Avoid this guy.
