We hired this guy. After reading the latest reviews, I feel obligated to tell our story. After losing our home in the 2017 Napa wildfires, we hired this contractor to help us rebuild. He was slow and we soon found out why. He wasn't paying the subcontractors and the framing company actually pulled off the job several times because they weren't being paid. This, despite the fact we were paying our contractor on-time in-full, in good-faith. It's also come to my attention that our contractor was requesting FULL payment before work was completed which is a CSLB violation. Our contractor did not pay subs timely, resulting in serious issues with timeliness. Our contractor lied, saying items were back-ordered when, in fact, he never ordered the garage door, bathroom tub and a bunch of tile. Even though we paid for these items. Lastly, our contractor, when confronted by my wife about payment issues, told her that he wrote a personal check to himself. Regular G.
