The flat bed truck came out to get a car off the corner of my 83 year old neighbors yard. The ended up there because the driver drove into a flooded street. The driver was told not to drive in the yard by another neighbor. He did it anyway. The result: ruts and holes in her yard and on city property. He told her it was city property when she called the companies number. I went to check.... there were several places that need fixed on her property. I called and asked if was going to take care of it. I told him if he didn't I would go to the next level. He told me to! So here I am!
