Called Jerry's A-1 Locksmith to gather some information and pricing on have 3 store house locks installed on our building. The man that answered the phone (Jerry?) responded to my questions with a couple questions of his own. He had mentioned something about the finish of the locks, I told him I wanted to ask just to be 100% sure. I had asked if I could place him on a less than 30 second hold (it ended up being a 14 second hold). When returning to the phone, he was extremely rude. After picking up on his tone, there is NO WAY I would ever allow our company to give him ANY business. After saying "Well, thank you for your time, but I think we will explore all of our options." and he replied with "Good!" and hung up. Completely ridiculous way to handle a customer. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY BUSINESS!!
