DENISE WILSON 8/25/2020 BEWARE OF EPIC FENCE My fence was installed 1 month ago 7/25/2020. 4 days later during a storm a cedar picket broke into on the 12 ft gate. 2 weeks later during another storm both gates broke off the 12 ft gate at the pickets. This should never happen. I since found out that Epic Fence used screws intended for interior but instead is using these for exterior work . These will rust in no time. Jasper was advised on 7/29/2020 there was a problem. Called again when the gates fell on the ground. This has been a month now and Jasper has not fixed the gates and also picket problems. Forget any communication I have called, e-mailed and texted. He is NOT coming back. I contacted another fence company today 8/25/2020 who will completely remake the gates. They could not believe the condition of a 1 mo old fence. Once Epic got their money they were gone never to return. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

We are two Months into our project with Epic and it has been a nightmare. He has a serious lack of communication with his team members and lacks communication with his clients. He is impossible to get a hold of after the project has started as mailboxes are full and doesn’t respond to facebook social media. His crew doesn’t show up when told to expect them, and jasper is full of excuses as to why. They do not understand how to build the fence we desire for our home (and it is not an intricate or ornate fence) and jasper does not ever come out with them to make sure the project is done right. At this point I would not recommend anyone use epic construction and fence Install Dalton unless they seriously fix their business model.

Jasper & his crew installed a 6 foot privacy fence in my back yard and did a great job. Very polite people and they aim for customer satisfaction. Very hard workers, respectful, and they do not try to kill their customers on price like other contractors. Look no further, this is the company you want working for you!
