Villa Care is one of the locations Options Foundation Inc oversees. A Non-Profit Organization that provides housing for mentally ill adults. Villa Care is one of the locations Options Foundation Inc oversees. Options Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing options for mentally ill adults. Options Foundation’s objective is to provide the chronically mentally ill with the resources necessary to improve their situation. Options currently have four housing programs in the Baton Rouge and surrounding area. Option’s housing facilities have program directors, LPNs, mental health technicians, caseworkers, tenant facilitators and resident managers who work on a daily basis assisting the residents. OFI is currently offering educational/support groups at our housing programs in life skills/job training nutrition/exercise, art therapy and drug abuse.
