I saw this company mowing the neighboring apartment complex and flagged down a nice young man, named Zack, to ask him if they could solve my friend's huge king sago palm + 16 pups issue. Very politely, he asked if I wanted to be on the list to get a bid. Kind of shocked by the unexpected professionalism, I said absolutely and gave him my card. As I pulled out the driveway, I saw him texting and taking a photo of my card. Less than 5 minutes later, I received a call from Laurie, the Scheduler, and gave her info for estimate. While working outside, about 2 hours afterwards, a masked man walked up to me with a Liberty Lawn shirt on and asked if I had requested the estimate...the photo is Steve, below. He gave me a fair estimate and he said the crew would be able to get this dug up before the weekend. I am SO IMPRESSED with their responsive, excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend!!
