NO - I did NOT have a good experience. My 2 yr. warranty ended after less than 2 weeks. Messy & incomplete installation work. Defective DVR does NOT do the job it is supposed to do. Installed 10-18-17 - Promised a DVR replacement on 10-19-17 - haven't heard from owner: Dorn Zurawski since. Posted here on 11-18-17. Yet he seemed like such a nice/honest family man. :-(
