Accidentally locked my car doors while the car was running and I was removing snow from the windows and headlights. Call Mr. Whalen during a snowstorm and he was there within 20 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional and had the door opened very quickly. His charge was very reasonable in light of the inclement weather and the fact that he came immediately. Best of all, he did not make me feel foolish in an embarrassing situation! I highly recommend him.
