I've lived at Courtyard Place for 3 years and I have seen major improvement where I live and it's very quiet at night and during the day out there. i've meet with the new property manager and she is amazing to work with when you are late on your rent she's always helping people out with there rent and making convenient for people to remain in there apartments. When ever I needed something done, it was done right away! No ands,ifs, or buts it was done. I know Courtyard got a bad reputation, but no place is safe to live!!. I highly recommend someone young,who is starting out on there own to come out and chech out the new remodeled apartments that they just got done and they are still remoldeling other parts of the apartmets in different buildings. When I saw what they did to the other apartments and how they are keeping with property on the inside as well as the outside, I'm impressed!!!. So, please judge for yourself and come out and look at some of the new apartments you will be amazed like I was when I was shown some of the rentivations I was in shock of how they look!!!!. I'll stayanother year or two, but the rent is affordable due to me being a single parent and returning college student, I'm satisfied with all of the security patroling the apartment grounds and how the property manager is going around making sure things are getting done!!!! Job will done Misty!!!!. I feel safe, due to all of the younger crowds being gone or put out!!!.I'm happy and I feel safer.
