STAY AWAY!!!!!! This is the most unprofessional hair salon from OWNER to staff. I had my hair colored there, I left looking like RONALD MCDONALD!!! ORANGE HAIR! I called and Jody Cabral the owner told me to come back-I went there after spending 100.00 dollars for the orange hair....on my return visit she attempted to correct the botched job and had the audacity to tell me if I wanted my hair dryed I would have to pay an additional 16.00 dollars!!!!!!! I told her I didn't have that money on me and why would I have to pay this, she stated it was an additional service!!!! I had to leave the salon with soaking wet hair because she refused to blow dry it!!!!This all took place on my lunch hour and additional vacation time so that I could go home and blow dry my own hair!!!!! This ruined my whole birthday weekend I could not go out looking like what they made me look like. This took place on Sat. and they don't re-open til Wednesday! Awful customer service, I deal with business owners and have never heard of anything like this!!!!! Jody Cabral has been in business for 23 yrs-however she is not professional AT ALL!!! Or her staff.....again STAY AWAY....plenty of GOOD PROFESSIONAL hair salons in Fall River!!!!!! Wouldn't recommend my dog there!
