I received a beautiful AquaFlame flameless candle fountain for my birthday on January 10, 2015. I enjoyed it exactly as the instructions suggested and used distilled water exclusively. On March 29, 2015, the candle completely stopped working. I contacted Bethlehem Lights through the website and received a very blunt and rude response from Carrie Reid, who ironically refers to herself as "Consumer Relations." She told me in so many words that she was sorry but the candle has no warranty and she would do nothing for me. I responded to her email and have heard NOTHING from Ms. Reid or anyone else from Bethlehem Lights. Really? Consumer Relations? Are you kidding me? I am extremely disappointed with the obvious lack of concern that Bethlehem Lights holds for the consumer. Apparently they knowing sell faulty products then stand behind a "Tough Luck, No Warranty" dialogue when their products fail shortly after purchase.
