poor poor service, I had been a returning customer to no fault of my own. However in the last 5 years this place has gone down hill, the office staff are rude, the owner looks awful as if he appears to be under the influence of narcotics? yikes not someone I want repairing my vehicle. The last time it was in for repairs in November, i got it back with bolts, and a rubber molding in my back seat? Extra parts ? Ithink not!!!!!! bring back the nice brunette I belive it was his wife, she loved horses, I can recall many of conversations with her about her love for animals, and the dedication she showed to me being a customer. the red flag should've been when I notoced him screaming at her in front of the bldg! Embarraisng it was! this place has gone down hill! go to toyota they service all makes and models, and guaranteed you won't see any spare parts left in your car!
